Hollywood Beauty salon owner Kristy Alves will open a store in the city’s east, where she said she plans to set up a cosmetics boutique, salon and salon service.
The store is scheduled to open next year, according to a statement posted by the city of Los Angeles on Friday.
“I have been looking forward to bringing a shop here to Los Angeles for a long time, and the time has come,” Alves said in a statement.
“The Los Angeles market is extremely competitive and there are no shortage of talented beauty and beauty products to choose from.
We are excited to have a new shop here in our city.
I am looking forward being a part of a thriving community that celebrates beauty and wellness.
A big part of that is the amazing beauty products that we are offering.
We have a lot of customers who come in and buy products that are just so easy to use, so affordable and they are great for skin, hair and face.
It is great to be able to bring a shop that focuses on beauty to LA and to the city, as well as the city and the region, for the next 10 years,” Alve said in the statement.
Last month, Alves announced she will open her first shop in the Hollywood area.
Alves is already working on a second shop in Long Beach.
Los Angeles will soon become the fifth city in the U.S. to add a Beauty Salon and Shoppe to its list of approved facilities for the 2020 Olympics.
In addition to Alves’ opening in Hollywood, the Los Angeles City Council voted last month to extend the opening of its first Beauty Salon for three years, which will open in 2019.
